Margot Kinsey started her career in the corporate world before leaving to have children and develop her passion for gourmet cooking.  She is now a professional chef, having earned a Masters Diploma at the Ritz Escouffier Ecole de Gastronomie Française. Margot has been passionate about food and cooking since her early childhood and now provides professional catering services to individuals and organisations in the Paris area.  Raised in Australia and France, Margot's unique style is a combination of traditional techniques with world flavours.  She also runs cooking classes for companies or individual groups bringing her unique style of fusion cuisine to dinner parties, group meetings and company events.
